Political Hypocrites is a documented history publication. Not news. Not a database of grievances. History, specifically the history that is already written in official records but never read, never connected, and never told as a complete story.
Every week, documents get declassified. Congressional testimony gets entered into the record. Federal courts publish trial transcripts. Government agencies release reports about their own failures. Almost none of it gets read.
The story of how power actually works in America is not hidden. It is simply unread, buried in the gap between what the government publishes and what the public ever sees.
Political Hypocrites exists to close that gap.
This publication has two distinct types of content, and they operate by different standards.
Built entirely from public record. Every claim has a source attached to it. No opinion, no speculation, no editorializing. Just the documents and what they say.
Includes analysis and the author's perspective, clearly labeled as such. The documented record informs the opinion, but the opinion is present. The two are always kept separate.
A running feature inside Investigations. Each entry is a first person deep dive into a single U.S. president, taken in chronological order starting with George Washington.
Every entry covers what the president actually stood for, what they accomplished, and what they were criticized for at the time, using the same documented standard applied everywhere else on this site.
Each piece closes with a Modern Verdict, the same three questions asked of every president: would they be polarizing or unifying today, what holds up under modern scrutiny, and what would not survive contact with today's press and social media.
No party affiliation. No donors. No agenda except the record itself.
Democrats and Republicans are held to the same standard. If it is on this site, a source is attached to it. If a source cannot be attached to it, it does not appear on this site.
